Professional Diploma: Dance
(College)

The Level 6 Trinity Diploma courses in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre provide the highest standards of education, training and guidance required for a career in professional dance and musical theatre performance.

Professional Diploma: Dance

The Hammond’s Level 6 Trinity Diploma courses are crafted to train students to the highest possible standard by promoting technical, artistic, and creative excellence. The courses prepare students for a successful, healthy, and sustainable career in the performing arts, imparting the knowledge, discipline, skills, and versatility to be competitive, independent, and highly employable performers.

We also offer a range of optional additional qualifications, including A Levels, Level 3 BTECs, the ISTD Diploma in Dance Education qualification, LAMDA Gold, and the London College of Music awards where students thrive in small, dedicated classes, creating an environment for both artistic and academic success.

The Dance and Drama Awards (DaDAs) offer annual scholarships to exceptionally talented performing arts students studying at some of the country’s leading providers of professional vocational training in dance, drama and musical theatre. This funding is available to Professional Diploma students only.

The DaDA is only available to young people on our Professional Diploma: Dance (16+) and Professional Diploma: Musical Theatre (16+) courses. DaDAs are allocated based on highest score at audition.

A DaDA is a means-tested award which means the value of the place is dependent on the household income. You can see how much a DaDA will be worth to your household here (please note, this is based on gross income).
